Our client, a Global MNC, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Logistics Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships with carriers and manage all procurement activities. Oversee and reduce transportation costs.
- Understand import/export regulations in the global supply chain. Lead internal trade compliance initiatives in Singapore and company in broader LNCA initiatives.
- Design, develop, and optimize the APAC logistics network. Improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability in route-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement practical logistics strategies.
- Manage external resources and third-party service providers supporting trade compliance and supply chain programs. Coordinate with vendors and overseas partners to eliminate logistics obstacles and ensure timely product shipping.
- Coordinate trade compliance functions with sales, operations, finance, legal, and senior management. Evaluate and recommend necessary training.
- Lead COO registration and application activities with customs authorities for all export shipments subject to import duties.
- Oversee and manage customs-related activities, including classification, valuation, and country of origin determinations.
- Understand 3PL systems and relevant market, transportation market capacity, and trends.
- Manage and negotiate contracts and renewals with subcontractors and transportation suppliers.
- Develop methodologies for new business models and customer transportation setup needs.
- Ensure logistics systems and activities comply with local, state, federal, and international customs laws. Create and maintain compliance procedures, processes, and policies for import and export shipments.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics operations

- Location: Walking Distance to Gul Circle MRT
- Working Days: Monday to Friday/ 8am - 5pm
- Starting Annual Leave: 14 Days
