Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
Take leadership and effectively manage projects by ensuring schedules, manpower, stocks and resources are available whenever required.
Review technical drawings and designs with sales team, to ensure feasibility and advise on corrections where required" prior to project commencement.
Carry out AutoCAD and/or related drawing/drafting activities, as and when required by client andconsultants, main contractors.
Attend training programs conducted by industry partners and manufacturers, to constantly upgrade your knowledge and skills, and carry out necessary setup and programming of equipment when needed.
Coordinate and supervise a small group of engineers and sub-contractors on-site to ensure quality and safety of all works carried out for each project.
Attend site meetings as and when required by clients and consultants.
After-sales maintenance, troubleshooting over telephone as well as on-site, and hands-on technical assistance when required.
Assist sales team in sales related events, example: Seminar setup, dismantling and coordination, etc.
Assist in tender interviews when required, by presenting technical expertise and experience to clients.
Most importantly, present a professional work attitude and maintain open communication with clients, colleagues and management.
