Legal Secretary
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Providing conveyancing administrative support.
Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and ensuring smooth completion of conveyancing transactions.
Answering calls and handling requests.
Scheduling of meetings/appointments and preparing of meeting materials.
Maintaining client contact list.
Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, binding, file management.
Providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis, such as expense claims and time recording.
Preparing of billings.
Booking of flights and accomodations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 GCE 'O' level credits including English.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
2 years' working experience in legal sector.
Takes initiatve and is a team player.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skill.
Good time management.
