To study tender / construction drawings, speciícations and contracts to understand project requirements,
with other trades such as architectural & M&E works with BQ Tender and AutoCAD Knowledge.
Ensure compliance with objectives and tender documents. • Ensure the reliability of outside contractors. • Meet objectives (cost, quality, deadlines).
To ensure all documents are submitted with proper transmittal and all documents are properly recorded and íled by the Document Controller. Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project speciícation and construction drawing / ínal approved drawing from authorities Liaise with consultants, client &
main/sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement and work progress supervision
Planning for workers schedule, control the cost, implementation and developing for Safety, Healthand environmental for the projects. Willing to work Construction project may be Long Hrs.
