Working Location: Choa Chu Kang / Taman Jurong / Serangoon / Bedok / Pasir Ris
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,390 per month
Responsibilities:
· Promote the use of digital/online services for walk-in residents.
· Assist residents in applying for financial assistance schemes.
· Helping them to complete the online application form;
· Helping them to prepare and upload required documents onto the portal; and
· Explaining the need for forms that require their signature and helping them to sign the forms digitally, where necessary; and
· Check applicant’s record and/or status of application etc.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
· Possess ability to teach digital skills to residents from various walks of life
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Empathetic and patient
· Proactive and self-motivated
· Ability to speak a vernacular language/dialect would be advantageous
· Relevant volunteering/working experience in the social service sector, community engagement and/or customer service.
· Immediate Starters (No notice period).
