Job responsibilities:
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
- Carry out construction works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation to ensure compliance to regulations.
- Coordinate with the Structural, Architectural and M&E staff to resolve related problems and issues.
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
- To perform QA / QC role on the area assigned and to ensure safety regulations are being compiled on site.
- Prepare various reports (progress report, project handover report and etc.).
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering and PEB recognized degree
- Fresh graduates in Civil Engineering are welcome to apply.
- Preferably working experience with A1/A2 building company
Other information:
- 6 days alternate work week
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Working location: West or East, depending on project allocation.
- Project: Design & Build of industrial warehouse building
