Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee-making equipment and the workstation.
• Assist in taking customer orders and processing payments.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in beverage quality.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions customers may have about the coffee menu.
• Support in opening or closing the café, depending on the shift.
• Assist senior baristas with more complex coffee-making techniques.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
• Basic knowledge or interest in specialty coffee
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and various shifts.
• Team player, teachble and willing to assist in all areas of the café when needed.
