Area Manager (Outlet Operations)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage assigned outlets for its operational and manpower planning.
  • Complete intensive operational training at designated outlets within specific timeline., with shift requried.
  • Assist management to establish and develop operating policies, systems, processes to accommodate and support the rapid growth of the organization.
  • Monitor and responsible for sales performance of respective outlets.
  • Attend regular meetings to solve various operational issues for growth sustainability.
  • Conduct Outlet Examination and Training regularly for staff development and/or promotion.
  • Involve in investigation of issues relating to customer complain (Service and Product Quality).
  • Review the performance of Store Managers and outlet employees, and provide corrective action for improvement if necessary.
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing the outlets expenses and inventory usage if necessary.
  • Develop, motivate and retain subordinates, especially the high performers, to help them achieve and excel in the required quality and productivity target set.
  • Support outlet operations when there is shortage of mannpower.
  • Take on operations related projects such as new product testing, supplier/vendor management, POS Machine Training and other projects that aid business development.
  • Perform related duties/tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in management position in Beverages or F&B chain industry.
  • An intensive training at outlet to understand the SOP is required for this position.
  • With passion in working in F&B industry and its operational processes.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Adaptive to fast paced environment, resilient to changes and willing to accept new challenges.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Service oriented, good time management with ability to handle various projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all level of employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel / Power Point.
  • Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
