Job Description
- Ensure documentation update and control based on regulatory and certification requirements (e.g. FSSC 22000).
- Liaise with government authorities to ensure conformance to relevant food regulations and halal requirements
- Conduct internal audit and handling of third party audits
- Ensure effective implementation of all matters with regards to quality assurance and control e.g. pest control, effectiveness of cleaning chemical
- Supervise the handling of customer complaint and review of corrective action reporting.
- Supervise implementation of product and process checking based on QAQC program.
- Supervise health cert application handling and export registration.
- Ensure implementation of annual vendor evaluation on food safety & quality.
- Provide food safety training and relevant refresher training to team
Job Requirements
- Food Science Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar industry
- Able to speak mandarin as majority of the stakeholders are mandarin-speakers
