Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel and accommodations for Director
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Run errands as requested
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Communicate in office with all levels of staff to ensure coordination
- Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondenc
- Adhoc duties assigned by Director
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
