Details about the Client-
Role -IT Operations Project Manager
Details about the Client- Our client is a leading top Asian air hub and highly acclaimed global airport ! They handle critical tasks such as airport operations, air hub development, retail/commercial activities, infrastructure development, and airport emergency services.
Responsibilities on job will include :
· Perform proper project and change management to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.
· Managing vendors in system integration and implementation, include perform onsite system and functional testing with vendors and users.
· Work closely with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop business cases for projects considering aspects such as return on investments and customer service benefits.
· Work with internal technical teams and vendors to propose overall technical solutions and key performance indicators to measure success.
· Manage IT operations and performance of IT systems (both on-premise and hosted on the cloud) to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
· Manage new application/systems development/platform acquisitions (both on-premise and hosted on the cloud) to meet evolving company’s needs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a related field such as Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
· Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in the related technical domains and industry for diploma holder.
· The candidate shall be familiar with cloud services, networking and servers and have experience in engaging enterprise service support, and cost optimization.
· Certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Project Management (e.g. CITPM, PMP, Prince2) will be an advantage.
· Possesses strong analytical skills to define risk, identify potential threats, and develop action/mitigation plans.
· Possesses organizational and project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to work with contractors for project implementation and system maintenance and support works, which include inculcating awareness of current and emerging cybersecurity threats.
