You will be responsible to lead, Supervise and manage Operational teams in Singapore and ensuring smooth daily operations in outlets.
Job Description:
- Lead, Supervise and manage Operational teams in Singapore
- Improve processes, policies, and procedures, monitor and audit compliances
- Manpower planning, recruitment, placement, and training
- Conduct management training (Supervisors and Clinic Managers)
- Establish work tasks, accountability, and deliverables
- Monitor performance and implement improvements in outlets
- Strategic input, liaison with top management and assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
- Implement and manage operational plans
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development, Corporate Strategy/Top Management/ Sales/ Operations in retail/ F&B or equivalent.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, planning and organizing, self-initiative and good time management
- Decision-making skills, persuasive, and ability to influence, lead, and high-stress tolerance
- The incumbent must be able to travel regionally on short notice if necessary.
- Able to start to work immediately.
