Airfreight Customer Service Executive

You will be responsible for delivering seamless, customer-focused solutions through various airline products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with daily bookings of cargo sales on different airline products.
  • Book airline capacity and confirm bookings with customers.
  • Provide customers with advice based on the specific requirements of different airline products.
  • Handle administration tasks for cargo bookings, such as loading flight reservations into systems or templates, ensuring accurate data updates.
  • Interface with customers, warehouses, carriers, customs, and other relevant parties regarding shipment requirements.
  • Track, monitor, and update customers on shipment status.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure accurate data for invoicing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., airfreight customer service, co-loading).
  • Minimum qualification of "O" & "N" Levels.
  • Familiarity with the CCN system.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
