You will be responsible for delivering seamless, customer-focused solutions through various airline products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with daily bookings of cargo sales on different airline products.
- Book airline capacity and confirm bookings with customers.
- Provide customers with advice based on the specific requirements of different airline products.
- Handle administration tasks for cargo bookings, such as loading flight reservations into systems or templates, ensuring accurate data updates.
- Interface with customers, warehouses, carriers, customs, and other relevant parties regarding shipment requirements.
- Track, monitor, and update customers on shipment status.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure accurate data for invoicing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., airfreight customer service, co-loading).
- Minimum qualification of "O" & "N" Levels.
- Familiarity with the CCN system.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
