Warehouse and Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:


Project Coordination

  • Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor timelines and deadlines, proactively addressing any potential delays.

Warehouse Management

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including shipment arrivals and inventory management.
  • Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments to ensure compliance with specifications (heavy metal enclosures)
  • Manage packing processes, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Perform regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert management of low-stock items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Communication and Reporting

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to communicate project status and warehouse activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in project coordination and warehouse operations.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

The Person

  • Reports to the Technical Manager in Singapore
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Familiarity with electrical products is a plus, but not required
  • Forklift license preferred
  • Must be a well-organized, positive, and reliable individual
