- To provide clerical/administrative support for the project
- Prepare and process of documents and project records
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents such as correspondences, drawings and reports are organized and maintained according to Project Filing Code
- Preparation & submission of project documents
- Maintain the control number for documents from receiving to issuance
- Maintain filling and register in / out correspondences
- Assist in office management (Housekeeping, maintenance of office equipment, stationers and staff welfare)
- Facilitate in organising site events if required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bacherlor's Degree in Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years administrative experience
