Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver components required for the Dynamics 365 implementation, including PowerShell Scripts, Batch Files, SQL Scripts, within the scope of UOB’s internal team.
- Follow Change Management and Engineering Review processes, ensuring changes align with the project/release schedule.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving deployment or technical issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for technical delivery and system maintenance.
Requirements:
- Experience:At least 6+ years in development, technical delivery, or technology implementation.
Experience in large-scale projects, specifically using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration.
Experience with Waterfall/Agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, Test-Driven Development).
Expertise in source code management tools (TSD, FSD, JIRA, Confluence, Veracode, SonarQube, GitHub, Jenkins).
- Technical Skills:Strong background in on-prem and cloud Dynamics 365 L3 Production support.
Experience with .Net C#, MQ, Batch file integrations.
Proficiency with Windows and *nix server environments and permissions models.
Experience with SQL databases (MS SQL).
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with strong emphasis on web/application technologies.
