Duration: 4 months
Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Project manage the successful delivery of a range of corporate-level employee engagement and sustainability-related programmes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and organise events and activities to strengthen employee engagement and promote holistic wellbeing and community at the workplace
- Ensure that the approved activities and events are operated within agreed timelines and approved budget
- Handle administrative and logistical matters which include reporting matters
- Support communication efforts on the programmes and events
- Provide support for any other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement and/or Event Management
- Possess event planning and project management skills
- Take ownership and initiative to ensure smooth execution
- Ability to adapt and problem solve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with high level of enthusiasm to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office e.g Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
