Job Duties:
- Drafting & reviewing legal documents and negotiating terms & conditions for each studio (including but not limited to product research and development, copyright licensing, marketing & etc.);
- Conducting research, providing legal consultation and legal risk analysis on operational related legal issues, as well as providing solutions;
- Paying attention to relevant laws and regulations in the App development industry, participating in product compliance projects such as, copyright compliance, content compliance, patent protection & etc.; formulating and maintaining relevant operating guidelines, and be responsible for continuous optimization and improvement;
- Conducting risk assessments on the formulation and modification of local and foreign laws, regulations, standards & etc., and providing training or sharing to the internal counterparts;
- Other assigned job duties.
What we need from you:
- Degree holder in Law (LLB, LLM & JD);
- 4 years or above related work experience, with 2 years’ experience in law firm;
- Excellent in both Written & Spoken English & Japanese (A Must);
- Proficient in using MS Office;
- Strong sense of responsibility & accountability, and able to work under pressure;
- Open for relocation.
