Responsibilities:
● Perform FAI and sampling plan inspections as per AQL
● Conduct routine quality inspections throughout the production or manufacturing process, including in-process and final inspections
● Perform In-house equipment calibrations
● Maintain documentation of all inspections and potential issues
● Assist with problem resolution
● Handling customer complaints and Internal NCR
Job Requirements:
● Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or certificate / Nitec precision Engineering / GCE O level
● Manufacturing precision Engineering or machine shop experience preferred
● Ability to read technical drawings and knowledge in GDT
● Knowledge of CMM measuring equipment minimum 1year
● Ability to use a variety of precision measuring tools, including micrometres, calipers, Trimos height gauges, pin gauges , thread gauges
● Knowledge of Statical Process Control is ad added advantage
