Job Description:

  • Administrative Duties.
  • Data Entry, filing and administrative support.
  • Handling of mails.
  • Provide support to frontline reception counter duties
  • Handling telephone calls and enquires from public.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Preferably GCE ‘O/N’ Level with credit in English and equivalent.
  • Microsoft Office skills and use of IT systems.
  • Pleasant disposition.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in school environment

Location:

Island wide


Commitment Period:

Immediate

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 7:30am to 2:00pm OR

Monday – Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
