Job Description:
- Administrative Duties.
- Data Entry, filing and administrative support.
- Handling of mails.
- Provide support to frontline reception counter duties
- Handling telephone calls and enquires from public.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Preferably GCE ‘O/N’ Level with credit in English and equivalent.
- Microsoft Office skills and use of IT systems.
- Pleasant disposition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in school environment

Monday – Friday: 7:30am to 2:00pm OR
Monday – Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
