Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop hardware and software for the company.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for network, phone, conferencing, printing, and other systems.
• Provide IT support and management for local and regional areas.
• Ensure the stable and efficient operation of the company's business systems.
• Promote the improvement of business system connectivity and on-site inspection work.
• Complete other work tasks assigned by the headquarters.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science related field, or an associate's degree or self-examination diploma with relevant work experience is acceptable.
• 2+ years of working experience.
• Rich experience in supporting voice, video, and other conferences.
• Proficient in the installation and troubleshooting of office software such as Win7, Win10, Office, etc.
• Familiar with network architecture and have strong network troubleshooting and resolving skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
