Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Sorting and preparing documents in the files for digitalisation
- Scan documents into images
- Perform quality check of scanned images, and rescan correctly
- Carry out 100% reconciliation of scanned images and hardcopies
- Accurately tag document types to assigned folder
- Assemble scanned documents back into their respective files
- Assist in supervising new team members
- Work closely with other team members to achieve target set
Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Level and above
- Prior working experience preferred
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Good English literacy in reading
- Good numeracy and counting
- Good teamwork
- Comfortable at prolonged computer usage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
