Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Sorting and preparing documents in the files for digitalisation
  • Scan documents into images
  • Perform quality check of scanned images, and rescan correctly
  • Carry out 100% reconciliation of scanned images and hardcopies
  • Accurately tag document types to assigned folder
  • Assemble scanned documents back into their respective files
  • Assist in supervising new team members
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve target set

Requirements

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level and above
  • Prior working experience preferred
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • Good English literacy in reading
  • Good numeracy and counting
  • Good teamwork
  • Comfortable at prolonged computer usage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
