Responsibilities:
New Business Growth:
- Identify potential partnerships with theme parks, attractions and resorts
- Develop and execute sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate, close and integrate contract requirements with business operations
- Maintain a high awareness and understanding of the market and the competition
- Provide timely reports and updates to line manager as required
Contract Renewal / Account Servicing:
- Sustain rapport with senior management in partner organizations and anticipate new opportunities
- Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure project completion
- Strengthen and develop existing partnerships within the company’s portfolio
- Identify and maximize revenue opportunities by implementing new photography initiatives
- Provide timely reports and updates to line manager as required
Skill Set:
- Strong written and oral communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Assertive, yet pleasant disposition and attitude
- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed
- Strategic intuitive skills with capability to handle multiple tasks/projects
- Enthusiastic about working in an ever-evolving, fast-growing environment
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
Education & Qualification:
- Graduate with 10 years proven track record in business development / sales
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Candidate with hospitality & banking industry is a plus
