Job Details:
- Salary: $13.79/hr
- Location: Cecil Street
- Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Working Period: October 14th & 15th, October 23rd to November 4th
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and direct clients at the reception.
- Provide front desk service to both clients and internal staff.
- Manage and optimize meeting room bookings using the designated system.
- Assist external and internal clients, as well as walk-ins, with general inquiries.
- Maintain conference room bookings and coordinate reservations via the Converge platform.
- Operate the switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate staff.
- Assist with beverage orders and service.
- Support additional tasks as needed by the local office.
- Monitor executive restrooms behind the reception and coordinate with janitors to ensure cleanliness.
- Collect mails from the mailbox and distribute to the relevant department.
- Receiving and sending deliveries at the reception counter.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
