Key Responsibilities:
- Register and process medical report requests, including handling payments for medical report services.
- Respond to all inquiries regarding medical reports via email, phone, and mail.
- Follow up with doctors to ensure completion of pending medical report requests.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the processing of medical report requests.
- Manage and resolve urgent or complex cases to ensure medical reports are delivered within the stipulated timeframes.
- Retrieve and prepare medical records to facilitate report writing and manage duplication requests from law firms and government agencies.
- Conduct quality checks on medical reports to ensure accuracy before release.
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience in a healthcare setting or records management is preferred.
- No experience welcome too! Training provided!
