Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Management Trainee located in Islandwide. Our client offers gourmet menus of exceptional value in a wide variety of restaurant concepts together with a catering arm. You will be responsible for plans to boost sales and profits while training and developing staff. You'll handle administrative tasks, leading the production team to meet targets and coordinating kitchen operations and great customer service.
Also, you'll manage staff schedules, update procurement records, and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. Following company procedures and taking on additional duties as needed are essential.
