Our client leading integrated services provider in the heavy lift and haulage industry. They are looking for a Finance Manager to assist their Finance team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at West of Singapore– easily accessible. The Finance Manager is responsible for:
Duties
- Responsible for reviewing and preparing intercompany transactions, balances, and the reconciliation of these balances.
- Preparing monthly reports such as sales by customer, collection forecasts, actual cashflow, profit and loss statements, and actual vs budget analyses.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports for the Group and its entities, while overseeing cashflow management and collections.
- Handle annual tax computations, tax submissions, and audited accounts, addressing corporate and GST tax queries as needed.
- Liaising with vendors, tax agents, and auditors is a key part of ensuring compliance with group financial policies and timely submission of accounts.
- Assist in preparing the Group's quarterly board pack and annual report, while coaching and mentoring staff.
Requirements
- Minimum ACCA or Degree equivalent qualification will be added advantage.
- Possess knowledge in Accounting, Tax and Transfer Pricing
- Experience in group consolidation and familiarity with SGX-listed requirements are added advantages.
