Role Description:
- Stationed at Tourist Hubs. Your role is to assist tourist with their enquiry from phone, email and walk-ins.
- You will need to know the tour products well and deliver consistently good customer service at all times.
- Manage & ensure smooth day to day tour operations at Tourist Hub.
- You will also process payment for tours and issue tickets.
Experience:
- Min 3 years' experience in customer service.
- Prior retail sales or operations experience in tour company would be preferred.
- Fresh graduate welcome.
Requirements:
- You should have a pleasant personality and be passtionate about providing excellent service to our customers.
- Able to work in a face-pace environment independently as well as be an actively contributing team player
- Ability to speak English and a second language.
Education:
Minimum - Diploma / Degree in any discipline or equivalent
