Job Description:
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication with patients and healthcare teams
- Assist with patient registration, inquiries, and administrative tasks at the front desk or service points
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including preparing and organizing patient records, documents, and reports
- Ensure the timely and accurate documentation of patient information in the system
- Help monitor inventory of clinic supplies and requisition necessary items
- Support the organization of outreach and engagement activities for patients and families
- Assist with patient triage, where necessary, ensuring proper flow and prioritization of care
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and subsidies, and assist with financial counseling when needed
Requirement:
- Passionate in healthcare
- Min Diploma in any related fields
- No experience required , Training provided !
