  1. Assist in coordination of event logistics and operational requirements for sports events
  2. Set up event venues as per event requirements and attend to client’s setup requirements
  3. Post-event and pre-event checks of event venues
  4. Liaise with caterers, event vendors, suppliers in ensuring a seamless event execution
  5. Provide on-site support during events (customer support, technical support etc)
  6. Collaborate with other departments for support maintenance, cleanliness, golfing etc
  7. Create fun and creative sports and golf events, camps, and programmes for Junior team/league, liaise with golfing academies and coaches
  8. Assist in creating event posters for publication purposes, order items for goodie bags, arrange prizes etc
  9. Packing of goodie bags and assist in event setup such as scorecards, novelties, decorations, registration area, scoring and leaderboard systems
  10. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Manager
