We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide services and support for our network infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting connectivity issues, maintaining network appliances, and ensuring operational integrity of our systems. You will collaborate with partners and vendors, manage configurations, and monitor security measures. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
skills and experience required
- 3 to 5 years of comprehensive experience in Network Infrastructure Setup and Operations, with a proven history of executing at least 3 to 5 full delivery cycle implementations in enterprise environments
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Java, writing clean, maintainable code.
- Experience in automating network tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and tools like Ansible or Terraform.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience with CI/CD pipelines for deploying network-related applications.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and protocols (e.g., HTTP, DNS, BGP).
- Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching technologies (VLANs, STP), firewall configurations (Next-Gen Firewalls), and data center operations.
- Proficient in Visio, Wireshark, SolarWinds, Ansible, Terraform, and SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to support in a 24x7 operational environment for optimal network performance.
