- Manage company's computer systems, networks, and security.
- Help employees with technical issues and teach them how to use new hardware and software.
- Set up and fix computers, printers, and other equipment.
- Make sure everything is running smoothly and securely.
- Keep data safe and backed up.
- Fix technical problems and keep records of hardware and software.
- Monitor anti-virus software and create guides for users.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Min 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows system
- Experience in construction industry will be added advantage
- Good understanding and experience of Windows operating system, office365, Sharepoint and Autodesk
