Today, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager with strong relevant supervisory working experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You should be able to handle all customers’ feedback and inquiries independently. You are passionate and curious to develop and grow as an outstanding service provider and a remarkable leader. You must possess consistent and stable work experience and encompass the desire to operationally support the business as an individual contributor and leader.
You will collaborate with the GM to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the FOH, expediting orders to ensure quality taste or presentation, and taking on additional responsibilities in the other service staff's absence to ensure that the operations run properly.
You will assist in monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock control. To support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote food and beverage offerings. Assist in administrative tasks. Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards. In a fast-paced environment, knowing how to collaborate effectively helps them create high-quality services promptly. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
You will help with the hiring and training of new service members. Ensure all service members perform their duties beyond expectations. Establish a working schedule and assess staff’s performance. Ability to effectively manage the service members, motivate them, and assign duties fairly. You are responsible for providing supportive leadership to service members throughout food service.
You are also required to multitask and work quickly under pressure. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Well-versed and excellent time management. Specific and clear verbal communication.
You are required to have strong problem-solving skills. Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation. And have a good level of physical strength and stamina to finish the end of the operations.
