☑ Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am – 6pm (alt Sat, 5.5 days)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of HR operations, from recruitment to employee relations.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, work pass applications, and selection.
- Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and feedback mechanisms.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance, and risk management.
- Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation plans. Handle inquiries related to salary, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources within a construction industry setting.
- Familiarity with the Employment Act and other relevant labor laws.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments, including travel to construction sites.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
