As a Wine Sales Referrer, you will be responsible for identifying and referring potential clients to our business. You will leverage your network, understanding of the wine industry, and market insights to bring in qualified leads interested in purchasing or distributing our range of premium wines. This role is commission-based, and compensation will be structured according to the sales made through the clients you refer.
Commission Structure:
This is a commission-based role, and your earnings will depend on the successful referrals that result in sales. Detailed information about the commission structure will be provided during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and identify potential wine distributors, resellers, or business clients interested in premium wine products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to promote our wine offerings.
- Provide information and guidance to prospective clients about our products, pricing, and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach and referral strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of clients referred and keep track of commission eligibility.
Requirements:
- Strong interest or background in the wine or F&B industry.
- A well-established network of contacts within the wine, hospitality, or retail industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior sales experience, particularly in F&B or wine distribution, is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Singapore's regulations concerning alcohol distribution and sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
