The Digital Communications Manager will be responsible for the development of multichannel digital content, including design, writing and corporate platform / channel management. SHEIN is looking for an experienced creative spark with a strategic mindset to take our corporate messaging and assets to new audiences across digital platforms, including social media and our corporate website. The successful candidate is part of a team supporting the company’s global strategic communication, and will be a leading member of the Global Communication Hub.
Responsiblities
- Establishing communication goals and objectives for digital campaigns / ad-hoc projects, including identifying target audiences and determining outreach methods / schedules
- Developing creative concepts and copy for digital assets in collaboration with project owners and stakeholders, including graphics, inforgraphics, website layout, blogs, newsroom posts, etc.
- Establishing communication goals and objectives for each campaign, including identifying target audiences and determining outreach methods.
- Regularly evaluating and testing new and innovative communications tactics and channels, documenting the results and sharing best practices with the team.
- Supporting the Employer Branding team with channel / platform development to build, sustain and protect SHEIN’s brand reputation.
Required qualifications / skillset:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital communications, graphic design or equivalent.
- 5 to 6 years of digital communication experience on the agency or client side, with direct experience in design, and social media management.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills, including demonstrated ability to create authentic, strategic and relevant content that engage and inspire internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels.
- Experience in building omnichannel communications strategies and plans.
- Independent worker with strong sense of initiative.
