Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative support tasks, including processing purchase order confirmations, approving purchase orders, handling invoices, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating supply deliveries.
- Track sales orders, coordinate quotes with the sales team, provide customer service, and manage customer accounts.
- Ensure timely and efficient tracking of air shipments, reporting any delays to the sales team and customers to address issues promptly.
- Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for the Sales and Operations teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) will be advantageous.
- Possess good communication skills and team-orientated environment.
- Able to handle multitasking efficiently and timely manner.
