Overview: As a Franchise Director, you will be responsible for identifying potential franchisees, negotiating agreements, and supporting franchisees in establishing and operating successful outlets. You will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Franchisee Recruitment:
- Identify and research potential franchise markets and candidates.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract qualified franchisees.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to promote franchise opportunities.
- Evaluate franchise applications and conduct interviews.
Negotiation and Contracting:
- Negotiate franchise agreements, including terms and conditions, fees, and support.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with legal counsel for contract drafting and review.
Franchisee Support and Training:
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees during the setup phase.
- Develop and implement training programs for franchisees and their staff.
- Monitor franchisee performance and offer assistance as needed.
Brand Management:
- Maintain brand consistency across all franchise locations.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote the brand effectively.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate positive relationships with existing franchisees.
- Address franchisee concerns and resolve disputes effectively.
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate office.
Market Analysis and Strategy:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in franchise development, particularly with retail and F&B brands
