Job Description
- To plan, set up, optimize and monitor the BIM process as per the contract
- To monitor and manage the submission schedule as per the contract • To manage clashes and to coordinate with engineers to resolve the clashes
- To lead sharing and exchanging of models for collaboration with internal and external parties
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering
Construction Management with more than 5 years of working experience in construction design,
drafting, BIM modelling, BIM model management and/or coordination (services).
- Formally trained in Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) ), preferably with at
least 3 years of experience in services coordination using BIM or BIM management and modelling
experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
