Job Title: Indoor Sales Support Officer (ID1587)
Location: Taiseng
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary: up to $3800

Job Description
• Handle inbound email and phone enquiries
• Responding to assigned customers’ enquiries, prepare quotation as required
• Make recommendations suitable based on customer’s specs and requirements
• To follow up on all enquiries. Request for feedback and comments on status of our quote.
• Report problems and responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Proactive communication with customers to encourage repeat business
• Raise sales order and monitor/track delivery to ensure smooth delivery to clients
• Overseeing the delivery and making adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards
• Coordinate the submission of Tenders
• Monitors and chase outstanding payments
• Performs administrative and office support activities to Outdoor Sales Team
• Keep track and maintain adequate stock for on-going projects
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers to gauge satisfaction and success.
• Monitor KIV sales order
• Monitor pending repairs and technical dept and update clients
Requirement:
• At least 3 years relevant indoor sales experience or trading experience
