Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT Application Technology projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Plan and adapt projects to meet changing requirements and manage risks.
- Create and manage timelines, deliverables, and daily activities.
- Report on project status, financials, risks, and issues to management.
- Handle procurement, quotations, invoicing, and contracts.
- Manage project costs and monitor financial impacts of changes.
- Identify, report, and manage project risks and issues.
- Engage and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure project support.
- Develop and maintain a resource plan, defining roles and responsibilities for team members.
- Review and track testing and compliance.
Requirements:
- An IT or relevant degree
- At least 2 years of IT project coordination/management experience
- Worked in a bank or on banking applications
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Problem solver and effective communicator
- PMP certification is advantageous
