The Personnel shall be able to interact and work with all staff in the school and be attentive to the students and parents.
Scope of work:
- Front desk duties: answering of phone calls and walk-in enquiries from students, parents and vendors.
- Attend to injured students.
- Admin work: filing, counting and distributing of flyers and data entry using Microsoft applications - Excel, Word.
- Able to keep calm and work under stress when the front-desk is crowded.
- Attend to staff enquiries and requests.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisors
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- passed āNā levels
- able to communicate well in English, and enjoy attending to children.
- 3 years working experience in administration in a school.
- ability to use Microsoft applications - Excel, Word.
Contract Period: From 1 Mar 2025 to 28 Feb 2026 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 year.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
-Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
-Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
