Job description:
- Analyse consumption pattern, study the re-order point and forecast the quantity to purchase.
- Working with QA and Procurement team to liaise with vendor.
- In-charge of inventory for Authority’s spares.
- Liaise with customer on their requirements and resolve issues.
- Liaise with customers and Finance on trading sales and monitor the payment status.
- Manage store operations and ensure SLA of receipt & issuance, monitoring of shelf-life, stock count and delivery of items are timely and accountable for.
- Generate monthly report.
- Any other assignments assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related subject
- 1 year experience in Supply Chain (Those with no experience but with relevant are welcome to apply)
- Strong customer service orientation, good relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills
