Job Responsibilities
· Handling Accounts Receivable Accounting Spectrum
· Handling Accounts Payable Accounting Spectrum
· Updating Cash Flow
· Reimbursement of Petty Cash
· Coding Accounts Codes and Data Entry for AP and AR.
· Monthly Bank Reconciliation
· Handling GST reports and Documents
· Handling Shipments for Importation of Goods
· Preparing Monthly stock Listing
· Attend to projects and tasks assigned.
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Accounting or ACCA.
- At least 3 years of experience, especially from Construction industries.
- Possess initiative, good interpersonal skills and team player
- Self-motivated, independent worker, organised and sense of urgency.
- Able to manage cross-functional team and external parties.
- Five- and half-day work week.
