Job description:
- Manage shipping and cargo operations from Asia to Europe and USA
- Liase with customers in Europe, USA and Asia
- Report to director of the company and upper management levels
- Liase with customers in Asia and Europe
- Be punctual for work
- Liase with buyers and suppliers in Asia and Europe on all cargo operations matters including but not limited to contracts, LC, invoices, loading and discharging of cargoes and demurrage calculations for bulk and container shipments
- Contactable 7 days a week on mobile
- Handle and prepare all shipping documents including invoicing, bill of ladings, certificate of origin etc
- Perform adhoc duties as required by the Director of the company
