Job Description:
- Liaising with customers to ensure timely delivery of service.
- Liaise and arrange with technicians about daily work progress.
- Receive feedbacks / complaints and provide timely customer service.
- Maintain good rapport with both new and existing clientele.
- Planning and arrange daily work schedule.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in handling English and mandarin speaking customers.
- PC literate in Microsoft Office.
- Relevant experience in job scope will be advantageous
- Preferably Singaporean.
