Job Summary:
The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations by managing claims submissions, tracking data, coordinating with vendors, ordering supplies, and performing various ad hoc duties. This role requires strong organizational, communication, problem-solving skills to maintain efficient clinic operations and any ad hoc duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Submission:
Assist in the preparation and submission of health insurance claims.
Track claim statuses and follow up on pending or rejected claims to ensure timely resolution.
Data Tracking:
Collect, organize, and maintain accurate patient data records. Monitor and analyse data to support clinic operations and decision-making
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with multiple vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to meet clinic needs
Supplies Ordering:
Monitor inventory levels and order medical and office supplies as needed. Ensure all supplies are stocked and available for clinic operations.
Ad Hoc Duties:
Provide administrative support to clinic staff.
Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned
