Job Description:
- Provide administrative support on CIF and account setup/maintenance for Corporates and Private Wealth customers, in strict adherence to internal policies, guidelines and turnaround time
- Work collaboratively and closely with internal departments to facilitate client/account data processing and monitoring
- Provide general control management such as audit confirmation, dormant account management, returned mails etc.
- Handle physical documentation review, including storage, record keeping and archival
- Participate in meetings, projects, system upgrades, UAT, SOPs review, streamlining, drills
- Provide guidance and functional knowledge to junior staff
- Provide cover support to team members in his/her absence
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience on client/account static data maintenance with general control acumen
- Able to multi-task across functions and an excellent team player
- Relevant experience with banking systems such as Flexcube, Avaloq
- Experience in leading a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willing to work on ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Operations
- Good communication skills, with ability to communicate well with various stakeholders, including Head Office teams in Taiwan.
