Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client accounts in the banking/finance sector
- Develop strong client relationships
- Understand media data to provide actionable insights
- Present reports to clients as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Coordinate and oversee client projects from start to finish
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver services on time and accurately
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to meet client expectations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to help clients achieve their business goals
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
- Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, performance metrics, and project outcomes
- Proactively identify and solve potential issues
- Manage client escalations calmly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Fresh Grad/Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Gsuite/Salesforce
