Responsibilities:
Project Engineers organise, administer and execute the project activities:
· Coordinating activities – involve in meeting / liaising with MainCon, Owners & Consultants to arrange on site works with Personnel. Oversees the project/s and ensure smooth transition and completion.
· Planning & Scheduling of Resources and Manpower - ensure schedules and deadlines are met and materials required are properly arranged.
· Budgeting and Control – monitor and always ensure that Budget and Manpower are managed properly
· Control Documentation and Responsiveness – Prepare and submit all necessary documentations from the commencement to completion of projects to all relevant project stakeholders.
Requirements:
· Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
· Minimum 3 years’ working experience in M&E works or relevant construction industries
· Possess the relevant safety certifications like SCWSH / BCSS
· Has experience working in building construction
· Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant site people to execute work Excellent time management and teamwork skills
